Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office is located one block off of the Capitol Square, at 222 West Washington Avenue. We are located on the 9th floor. Visitor parking is available in the building garage (1P), located on the side of the building off of Henry Street. You will need a validated parking token to exit the garage. Please ask our receptionist for a parking token.
From the Beltline Highway:
- Exit the Beltline onto John Nolen Drive.
- Follow John Nolen Drive approximately 1.5 miles to South Broom Street.
- Turn left onto South Broom Street.
- Follow South Broom less than ½ mile to West Washington Avenue.
- Turn right onto West Washington Avenue.
- The building will be on the left hand side of West Washington Avenue.
- Turn left onto Henry Street to enter the parking garage at the sign for “Visitor Parking” on the side of the building.
From University Avenue:
- Go east on University Avenue.
- Take a slight left onto Campus Drive.
- Approximately 1 mile later, Campus Drive will veer to the left and turn into West Johnson Street.
- Follow West Johnson Street approximately 1.5 miles to North Bassett Street.
- Turn right onto North Bassett Street.
- Follow North Bassett Street less than ½ mile to West Washington Avenue.
- Turn left on West Washington Avenue.
- The building will be on the left hand side of West Washington Avenue.
- Turn left onto Henry Street to enter the parking garage at the sign for “Visitor Parking” on the side of the building
From East Washington Avenue:
- Go west on East Washington Avenue towards downtown Madison.
- As approaching the Capitol, turn right onto North Webster Street.
- Turn left on East Dayton Street.
- Turn left onto North Fairchild Street.
- Turn right onto West Washington Avenue.
- The building will be on the immediate right hand side of West Washington Avenue.
- Go one block in front of the building, turn right onto Henry Street to enter the parking garage at the sign for “Visitor Parking” on the side of the building.
