Attorney Tiffany Highstrom’s Practice

Attorney Tiffany Highstrom is a partner in the Madison office at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP with a practice focusing on family law. Tiffany has represented family law and divorce clientele in a wide range of areas, and she believes it is her responsibility to find practical solutions for couples and families dealing with separation, divorce, child custody, visitation, property division, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and everything else related to family law. Her current practice includes:

  • Litigation, cooperative and collaborative divorce actions
  • Mediation and arbitration of family law cases
  • Paternity and paternity acknowledgement actions
  • Child custody, placement and support actions
  • Adoption
  • Adult and minor guardianships

Tiffany was selected as a 2018 Women in the Law award recipient from the Wisconsin Law Journal. The award honors outstanding achievement by the top women in the practice of law who by attaining high levels of success, have also paved the way for success for other women in the legal profession.
