Attorney Jane Landretti’s Practice
Attorney Jane Landretti is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. Jane’s practice is primarily focused on environmental law, and especially on regulatory, water, and land use issues.
With more than 15 years of experience in the public sector, serving as Chief Legal Counsel for the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, and a staff attorney for the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Transportation, Jane has a wealth of expertise on regulatory authority and interpreting agency authority—and she has a thorough understanding of the roles of federal, state and local government.
Jane has led projects and advised on wetlands, waterways, waterfront property issues, lake districts, lake associations, environmental remediation, WPDES pollutant discharge permits, land and water conservation programs, shoreland zoning, floodplain zoning, point source and nonpoint agriculture, and storm water.
Jane is licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
