Attorney Pahoua Thao’s Practice
Attorney Pahoua Thao is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. With over a decade of experience in litigation, Pahoua’s passion is helping clients to manage and prevent risks. She represents municipalities, insurance companies, financial institutions and businesses. Her practice focuses on privacy, municipal law, insurance, and compliance. Not only does Pahoua represent clients in all aspects of a case from the initial dispute through appeals, she also advises clients before litigation arises. Pahoua regularly consults with her clients on preventative strategies to avoid lawsuits and minimize exposure, advising them on the implementation of good governance practices, evaluating cybersecurity risks, and drafting company policies in order to limit potential risks.
