Anne’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration. Her experience includes:

  • Estate plans for individuals, including wills and trusts, simple and complex
  • Advance directives and powers of attorney
  • Probate of estates, including formal and informal probate proceedings, as well as summary proceedings
  • Trust termination and settlement
  • Estate tax return preparation
  • Guardianship

Anne has been a faculty member of Madison College (MATC) since 1981, where she currently heads its ABA-approved Paralegal Program. She serves on a number of College committees, and was instrumental in drafting the College’s Academic Integrity policy.

Anne is married to Verona dentist, John A. Schacherl, and has two adult children, Kate, also a Verona dentist, and Jeff, a mechanical design engineer.
