Francis R. Croak, Margaret T. Lund, Michael J. Lund, and Denasha A. Scott, all formerly of Cook & Franke S.C., have joined the Milwaukee office of Stafford Rosenbaum.

Francis R. Croak has concentrated his practice in the areas of corporate, construction, and administrative law, and has engaged in a wide variety of litigation matters. Mr. Croak has broad experience in alternative dispute resolution both as counsel and as an arbitrator and mediator. He serves as a director of several large charitable foundations. Mr. Croak received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Margaret T. Lund practices in the areas of tax exempt organizations, estate planning, probate, entertainment law, taxation, and business. Ms. Lund provides estate planning services, which include business succession planning, trust administration, and strategies for the effective preservation and transfer of wealth. She represents nonprofit entities in formation, application for exempt status, property tax exemptions, mergers, and day-to-day operations. Ms. Lund received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Michael J. Lundfocuses his practice in the areas of real estate, real estate finance, and commercial transactions. Mr. Lund has represented financial institutions and businesses in asset purchase and stock purchase transactions. He has also represented both financial institutions and investors in local and multi-state real estate acquisitions, construction and development financing, leases and refinancing related to office buildings, office parks, shopping centers, hotel and resort properties, and condominium developments. Mr. Lund received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Denasha A. Scott focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession planning, business law, probate and trust administration, and non-profit law. Her clients include individuals, families, closely held businesses, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Scott received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
