Attorney Mike Lund’s Practice
Attorney Michael Lund represents parties in commercial transactions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from the sale of multi-million dollar business to the purchase of a single family residence. He has served as national real estate counsel for a developer of multi-family and office properties. Mike also represents both banks and borrowers in local, multistate and cross-border financing transactions.
