Attorney Erin Deeley is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. She is a litigator, practicing in state and federal courts, who specializes primarily in government and administrative law. She regularly represents businesses, nonprofits, government entities, and individuals in areas of environment and land use, business, administration, and election law. She also writes and speaks frequently on areas of her practice and was recognized for her leadership this year as a 2024 In Business Madison 40 Under 40 honoree.
Attorney Matthew Fisher is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office. He is a litigator, focused chiefly on commercial and insurance issues, representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of matters, including securities and financial litigation, antitrust, class actions, construction, complex insurance coverage disputes, business torts, product liability, contract disputes, and real estate litigation. Matt has achieved outstanding results in all stages of litigation, including before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, from obtaining dismissals to winning at trial. Matt’s practice is also devoted to representing clients in mediation and arbitration.
Attorney Isaac Brodkey is a senior associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. Isaac’s practice focuses on counseling businesses on everything from day-to-day operations to handling and resolving disputes. He routinely advises businesses of their rights and obligations under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, the Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Dealership Law, and Wisconsin’s three-tier alcohol distribution system. Isaac is also knowledgeable on the Wisconsin Franchise Investment Law and the franchise and dealership laws of other states. Isaac is a frequent author and presenter of WFDL topics, including Stafford Rosenbaum’s Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law blog series, the American Bar Association’s Franchise Law Journal, Wisconsin Lawyer, and other publications.
