Attorney Carly Gerads joined Stafford Rosenbaum in 2021 as a senior associate. A graduate of Marquette University Law School, Carly is a skilled trial and appellate litigator who regularly represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including business, government, and election and political law. Attorney Seep Paliwal joined Stafford Rosenbaum in 2020 as a senior associate. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Seep practices litigation and business transactions, primarily in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment, and technology. She also provides counsel on general business and residential real estate matters, and she represents clients in probate disputes and adult guardianships. Attorney Pahoua Thao joined Stafford Rosenbaum in 2020 as a senior associate. A graduate of Northern Illinois University-DeKalb College of Law, Pahoua is a litigator who specializes in data privacy, artificial intelligence, and insolvency matters. Her experience advising clients on insurance and municipal law matters, and helping these types of clients to manage and prevent risk, led her into this dynamic practice area.
