Attorneys Rick Manthe and Jared Potter elected members of Board of Directors at Stafford Rosenbaum
Stafford Rosenbaum is proud to announce new additions to its Board of Directors: Attorneys Rick A. Manthe and Jared M. Potter! Elected by the firm’s senior partners to serve a three-year term through February 2028, during their terms on the Board, Rick will oversee the firm’s business development and succession planning, and Jared will oversee the firm’s technology efforts.
Attorney Rick Manthe is a partner in the firm’s Madison office, practicing municipal, environmental, and election law. He represents local governments across Wisconsin, assisting in all facets of municipal operations from complex community development projects to day-to-day operations. His in-depth knowledge of zoning and land-use regulation is a vital asset to his clients. He is also a regular presenter on a variety of municipal topics at local government conferences.
Attorney Jared Potter is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office. With nearly 20 years of experience in his practice, focusing on family law, trust and probate administration, estate planning and appeals, his work includes divorce litigation and cooperative and collaborative divorce actions; paternity and paternity acknowledgement actions; child custody, placement, and support actions; drafting of last wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and trusts; representing and accepting appointments as personal representative for estates; probate litigation; juvenile and adult guardianships; real estate transactions; and appeals.
