Court Determines Defendant’s Breach of Contract Constituted a “Wrongful Act”
Daphne Webb, a Partner at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP in Madison, was recently announced as the recipient of the Senior Lawyers Division Leonard L. Loeb Award from the State Bar of Wisconsin. Ms. Webb will receive the award for “her lifetime of exceptional contributions to his community and to the goal of justice for all Wisconsin citizens.” The Senior Lawyers Division Leonard L. Loeb Award recognizes the work and leadership of a senior lawyer who has greatly impacted the legal system. Ms. Webb will be honored, along with recipients of 15 other awards, at the State Bar’s June 13 2019 Annual Meeting and Conference in Green Bay.
