Stafford Rosenbaum attorneys to present during State Bar of Wisconsin’s Great Outdoors seminar

Attorneys Erin Deeley, Klara Henry, Jane Landretti, and Zoe Pawlisch will present during The Great Outdoors 2026 seminar on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (or via webcast), as part of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s daylong program on the legal frameworks governing Wisconsin’s land, water, wildlife, and recreation.

Attorneys Erin Deeley and Zoe Pawlisch will present on riparian rights during their segment of the program, addressing waterfront house and cabin owners’ property extension into lakes, rivers, and streams; their ability to build docks; and their rights to the body of water itself. Attorneys Jane Landretti and Klara Henry will present on waterfront land use and regulation during their segment of the program, addressing regulations that apply to property owners; DNR versus local government authority; and where cabins may legally be built.
