Dave has spent over 40 years in trusts and estates and business law focusing on transactional work. His goal is to offer assurance and simplify the complexities of life and business transitions for his clients.
Dave joins us from his previous firm, Davis & West in Milwaukee, from which he has decades of experience specializing in estate planning; estate and trust administration/probate; real estate; taxation; and family business counsel. His practice includes business formation, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance and contractual matters.
