Stafford Rosenbaum Announces New Partners, Olivia Dunn and Rick Manthe
Stafford Rosenbaum is thrilled to announce two new partners in the firm, effective January 1, 2023: Attorneys Olivia M. Dunn and Rick A. Manthe.
Attorney Olivia Dunn joined Stafford Rosenbaum LLP in 2016 as a law clerk and became an associate in 2017. Olivia focuses her practice on commercial transactions, real estate and public utility matters. She counsels businesses, municipalities and individuals relating to negotiation, drafting and review of purchase and lease agreements, preparation of closing documents and easements, including conservation easements. Attorney Rick Manthe joined Stafford Rosenbaum in 2019 as an associate, practicing government law and environment and land use law. He focuses on assisting local governments with water issues, elections issues, and general operations, as well as assisting businesses and individuals with land use and development matters. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors for both the State Bar’s Administrative and Local Government Law Section and the Madison Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
