During the 1980s, Mr. Clancy served as general counsel to a large New York based real estate investment company and handled numerous transactions on its behalf throughout the United States and Canada involving major office buildings, shopping centers and apartment projects.
Mr. Lund represents parties in commercial transactions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from the sale of multi-million dollar business to the purchase of a single family residence. He has served as national real estate counsel for a developer of multi-family and office properties.
