Attorney Olivier Reiher’s Practice
Attorney Olivier H. Reiher is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office. His practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, business and contract law, and corporate reorganizations. In addition, Olivier has experience advising creditors in exercising and protecting their rights in a variety of insolvency settings, such as bankruptcy court, state court receiverships, and out-of-court workouts.
Prior to joining the firm, Olivier spent several years representing Wisconsin court-appointed receivers in all aspects of receivership sales and liquidations of businesses in a multitude of industries such as manufacturing, real estate, and retail. Olivier also spent several years practicing at a Milwaukee boutique insolvency firm where he represented a variety of business owners’ interests in bankruptcy courts, receiverships, and out-of-court workouts. Finally, Olivier is a former clerk to the Honorable James E. Shapiro (ret.), Eastern District of Wisconsin Bankruptcy Judge.
Olivier is fluent in French and English.
