Attorney Meghan McMahon’s Practice

Attorney Meghan McMahon is an associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. Meghan works primarily with the firm’s Business Law and Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law teams. Her practice focuses on on matters involving technology, intellectual property, corporate law, and business transactions.

Meghan enjoys helping clients navigate the fine print in the business law arena, including those involving contract drafting and negotiation, business organization, and real estate transactions. Meghan also helps clients through complex situations involving litigation and court proceedings. She is patient, detail-oriented, and thorough in communication, ensuring accuracy while supporting the clients she serves.

Prior to becoming an attorney at Stafford Rosenbaum, Meghan was a law clerk with Palmersheim Dettmann, S.C., which merged with Stafford Rosenbaum in 2025, and with Community Justice, Inc. Meghan earned useful leadership and writing experience in law school in editorial roles with the Wisconsin International Law Journal, by participating in legal clinics, and through involvement with several law student organizations. During her time at UW Law School, Meghan earned a Business Law Concentration and was recognized with membership in the Pro Bono Honors Society for her dedication to providing meaningful legal assistance to the community.
