Scott brings nearly three decades of experience in the legal profession to the firm, serving businesses and individuals on business law matters including contract advising, drafting, and negotiating; business organization and transactional work; tax law; real estate; and intellectual property licensing agreements. We firmly believe that Scott’s background will enhance and further diversify the work of Stafford Rosenbaum’s business, real estate, and IP attorneys.
Scott has represented many high-net-worth individuals and corporations in complex transactions, real estate, and tax matters, leveraging an LLM in taxation. In addition, he has negotiated professional contracts for more than 100 NFL clients over the past 20 years. Scott is the confident, knowledgeable professional that clients want representing them when they need to determine the best path to success for their businesses, finances, and careers.
