Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is ecstatic to announce that Attorney Kieran M. O’Day has joined the firm! An associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office, Kieran has a robust background in litigation and appeals, government and municipal law, election and political law, and corporate litigation, which makes him an outstanding addition to the firm and its extensive list of practice areas.
Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Kieran served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Unit at the Wisconsin Department of Justice and as the Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Justice Pat Roggensack of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. These experiences have allowed Kieran the opportunity to hone his talent for legal research, writing, and oral advocacy, including argument before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. During his time at Marquette Law School, he was and editor and staff member with the Marquette Law Review, received CALI awards for high-level performances in his courses, competed at the National Moot Court Competition, and more.
