Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is delighted for Attorney Pahoua Thao to join the firm as a senior associate. Atty. Thao’s practice focuses on municipal and litigation matters. She is experienced in managing cases in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court, and she has spent several years representing insurance clients in municipal litigation defense issues, including equal protection and due process claims, 1983 actions, immunity, and residential real estate tax assessments.

Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Pahoua was an associate at Klinner Kramer Shull LLP in Wausau, Wisconsin. She has also worked as a volunteer staff attorney for Wisconsin Judicare, Inc., assisting with civil litigation and conducting legal research as well as advising clients on court procedures, family matters, foreclosures, and landlord/tenant issues. During law school, Pahoua interned for the City of Wausau on municipal matters, and she served as a Judicial intern for Circuit Court Judges Gregory Huber and Michael Moran in the Marathon County Circuit Court, where she assisted with civil and criminal cases.

With offices in Madison and Milwaukee, Stafford Rosenbaum LLP offers a full array of legal services to businesses, governments, non-profit organizations, and individuals. With our 140 year history, effective client communication continues to be at the heart of our practice, and we are excited for Attorney Pahoua Thao to join us in this tradition.
