Attorney Michael J. Allen Joins Stafford Rosenbaum LLP
Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is thrilled to welcome a former partner back to its team, Attorney Michael J. Allen. Michael returns to the firm after 17 years in solo practice with Energy Law Wisconsin, a firm he founded to address the unique needs of clients involved in renewable energy development and energy efficiency projects. He is excited to have the opportunity to share the decades of energy, environmental, and real estate law expertise he has acquired and mentor Stafford Rosenbaum’s next generation of attorneys in these areas.
Michael’s invaluable renewable energy and large-scale efficiency experience makes him an excellent fit for both the firm and for its community, having represented clients in many of Wisconsin’s largest solar, wind, energy storage and energy efficiency projects. He also has a wealth of knowledge in real estate and business transactions, representing municipal, large commercial, and small business clients and startup companies. Running his own solo practice, serving as a city attorney and as Stafford Rosenbaum’s past managing partner, being an angel investor, serving on nonprofit boards, and serving as the president of a local chamber of commerce have prepared and enabled Michael to be an effective and efficient problem solver.
