Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is ecstatic to announce a new addition to its Board of Directors, Attorney Jessica C. Mederson! Elected unanimously by the firm’s senior partners to serve a three-year term through February 2027, during her term on the Board, Jessica will oversee the firm’s human resources efforts and goals.
Attorney Jessica Mederson is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office, focusing her practice on business law and litigation, including manufacturing and construction disputes, Uniform Commercial Code litigation, and contract negotiations and disputes. She has extensive experience with the legal issues relating to resiliency in the built environment. She serves on the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute’s Financial & Risk Management Committee, is certified for entry into OSHA permit-required confined spaces, and writes and presents nationally on addressing resiliency in construction projects and business operations.
Jessica’s work is highlighted through numerous recognitions and activities. She is a past president and board member of the Western District Bar Association, is recognized by the Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers in her practice areas, was named Construction Defect Lawyer of the Year by Lawyer Monthly, is involved with various legal and other professional organizations, publishes and speaks often in her areas of expertise, and co-hosts a podcast, “Adapt: Climate Change and the Built Environment.”
