Stafford Rosenbaum LLP recently announced that Attorney James Egle has been elected Managing Partner on the firm’s Board of Directors. Atty. Egle is currently serving his third term as a member of the firm’s five-member Board.

“Jim oversaw many of the firm’s financial goals during his regular terms on the Board,” said Christopher Hughes, the firm’s outgoing Managing Partner. “His expertise and continued service will be beneficial to all of us at Stafford Rosenbaum, and I appreciate his eagerness to fill this elevated management position. We look forward to his leadership.”

In his law practice, Atty. Egle focuses principally on complex commercial transactions, franchise and distribution law, public utility matters, corporate formation and financing, and real estate. Jim represents business clients in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, utilities, health care, construction, real estate, and professional services.

Atty. Egle graduated cum laude in 1992 from the University of Wisconsin Law School,  where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Wisconsin Law Review. He joined Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office in 1994 and became a partner in the firm in 1999. He is a fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation and was named a “Leader in the Law” by Wisconsin Law Journal in 2019.
