Stafford Rosenbaum discusses AI contract drafting with Association of Corporate Counsel – Wisconsin members
Stafford Rosenbaum Attorneys Seep Paliwal and Erin Rome, and co-presenter Attorney Matt Beier of WILMIC, will present “Contract Drafting and Review in the Era of AI” on Friday, May 15, at the ACC-WI Annual Chapter Conference and Meeting of Members. Their presentation will focus on AI contract drafting and negotiations for businesses from a business litigator’s perspective, all with artificial intelligence in mind.

Attorney Seep Paliwal is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office with a practice encompassing both litigation and transactional work, primarily in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment, and technology law. She also provides counsel on general business and residential real estate matters, and she represents clients in probate disputes and adult guardianships. Seep regularly accepts court appointments as guardian ad litem for minor children, particularly for Spanish-speaking families. Attorney Erin Rome is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. She concentrates her practice on business litigation, business law, and appellate practice. Erin is an experienced trial attorney, and she has guided multiple clients through the litigation process from complaint filing to representation at jury trials. Erin’s litigation work has included dealership, distribution, franchise disputes under Wisconsin’s Fair Dealership Law, as well as contract disputes and other business matters. She also serves clients in business transactional matters and drafting contracts. Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Erin worked alongside attorneys from Palmersheim Dettmann, S.C., which merged with Stafford Rosenbaum in 2025.
