Kim Vanderwerff is the Director of Administration at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP. With over 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Kim plays a vital role in fostering an efficient and supportive professional environment conducive to the needs of our firm’s clients, attorneys, and staff.
In addition to a thorough understanding of the complexities of HR practices and law firm organization, Kim contributes to the firm’s productivity and culture in a variety of ways. She is dedicated to aligning professional practices with the firm’s mission and values, developing and implementing education and engagement opportunities, and serving on many of the firm’s committees.
Kim received her Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to becoming Stafford Rosenbaum’s Director of Administration, Kim served as the firm’s Head of HR. Before she joined Stafford Rosenbaum, she held HR positions in other professional services settings, including another prominent Wisconsin law firm and in the corporate sector.
