Attorney Tom Brush is a Stafford Rosenbaum partner in the Madison office. He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1975 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has served in private practice in Madison, Wisconsin continuously since his admission to the Bar.
Tom concentrates his practice on providing legal services to individuals and clients who require assistance in a diverse variety of legal matters, including family law, estate planning, probate, business organizations, criminal and traffic. In addition to counseling with clients on legal issues, Tom has conducted jury and bench trials, representing clients in divorce and family law matters, criminal, probate, personal injury, business, traffic, contract, real estate, land use, real estate assessments and zoning disputes. His appellate experience involves oral arguments in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Tom has been named as a Top Lawyer by Madison Magazine in the areas of Divorce Law and Family Law.
Tom is an Eagle Scout and also a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
