Kelly Wachniak is a paralegal in the Milwaukee office of Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, where she is a member of the Trusts and Estates practice group. With over 25 years of legal experience, she assists attorneys and clients on a variety of projects including the preparation of estate planning documents, trust funding projects, all facets of trust and estate administrations, preparation of trust and estate accountings, preparation of individual income tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and estate tax returns.
