Attorney Jenna Heil’s Practice
Attorney Jenna M. Heil is an associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office, working primarily with the firm’s Trusts and Estates Team. Her practice centers on matters involving drafting and reviewing wills, healthcare and financial powers of attorney, trusts, guardianships, and other extremely personal, individualized legal documents, as well as overseeing the enforcement of those documents after someone passes away.
Jenna appreciates the highly emotional and technical elements of helping clients prepare for major life transitions. She also helps clients navigate more complex situations when trust litigation becomes necessary. Jenna is supportive, patient, warm, and engaged with the details of her communication with clients, taking time to fully understand and analyze the unique positions of the clients she serves.
Before becoming an attorney, Jenna first joined Stafford Rosenbaum in 2023 as a support staff member. While attending University of Wisconsin Law School, Jenna became a law clerk with the firm, beginning in 2024 and clerking until her law school graduation in 2026. During law school, Jenna also served as an editor with the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender, & Society, where she gained valuable legal writing skills to enhance her law clerk experience.
