Attorney Dan Kaminsky’s Practice

Attorney Dan Kaminsky is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office. With a practice focused on representing real estate developers, investors, and commercial landlords and tenants, Dan advises clients on complex acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation and structuring, leasing strategies, real estate finance, land use entitlements, and commercial construction projects. Dan also has significant experience in advising renewable energy developers on the real estate aspects of their projects.

Dan is a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with experience across the spectrum of real estate transactions and development matters, which allows Dan to combine legal precision with commercial insight to help clients move projects from concept to completion.

Dan was first recognized for his work by Super Lawyers® in 2009, and he continues to receive recognition within this organization and the legal community for his real estate and business law experience.
