Attorney Alexander H. Ferrone’s Practice

Attorney Alexander H. Ferrone is an associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office with a practice focusing on complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, and real estate transactions. He also advises clients on entity selection, formation, and corporate governance, with a special interest in non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Alex practiced litigation, business, and real estate law at another Milwaukee law firm. Alex also interned for Chief Justice Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Honorable Brendan A. O’Brien of the Cook County, Illinois, Law Division. While studying at Marquette Law School, he served as an executive for the Student Bar Association, as well as an Editorial Board member for the Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review.

Alex thoroughly enjoys the writing component of his work and frequently contributes to legal community publications. He was recognized for his legal writing with coursework honors and with publication in Volume 28.2 of the Marquette University Law School Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review while in law school.

Off the Job

Along with an affinity for serving non-profits in his law practice, Alex also serves on the Board of Directors for the Gals on the Go Project, a 501(c)(3) organization established by the Gals Institute more than a decade ago. “Gals” is an acronym which stands for “Growing Adolescent Life Skills.” The Project offers a range of mental health training and education programs to children and adolescents. The programs are led by licensed clinicians from the Gals Institute.

In his free time, Alex loves lacrosse, golf, downhill skiing, and living an active lifestyle. In the fall, some of his activities are replaced by watching college and professional football from the comfort of his couch.
