Ted Waskowski, Partner, and Kyle W. Engelke, Senior Associate, at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP will present at the 2019 Municipal Attorneys Institute in June. Their presentation will be titled The 60-Year Holy(tz) War: A Report from the Front in the Latest Wisconsin Supreme Court Battle Over Wisconsin’s Governmental Immunity Standard.
Attorneys Waskowski and Engelke are both litigators in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. Attorney Waskowski has over 30 years of trial experience in civil litigation, including tort and insurance matters, and business disputes. He regularly appears in both state and federal courts. Attorney Engelke’s trial practice includes commercial litigation, tort and civil rights defense, personal injury matters and wrongful death claims. Both attorneys frequently defend municipalities ranging from civil rights claims to nuisance, defamation and other tort claims.
