June 27th, 2016
Stafford’s Barb Neider co-authored the recently published article, “Not Authorized! Employees and Computer Fraud” with Joseph Diedrich. This article appears in the June issue of the Wisconsin Lawyer magazine, the official monthly publication of the State Bar of Wisconsin. In their article, Neider and Diedrich look at how computers have revolutionized the work world but how they also have made it much simpler for employees to leave the job with their former employers’ property.
Ms. Neider practices in the areas of business litigation and professional ethics. She has over 30 years of experience handling a wide variety of complex litigation matters, such as contract disputes, cases involving claims of minority oppression, trade secret disputes, employment disputes, and cases involving claims of professional malpractice and misconduct. Barb has extensive experience appearing before both state and federal trial and appellate courts. She also has successfully represented clients in matters pending before the Wisconsin Supreme Court's Office of Lawyer Regulation and Board of Bar Examiners.
