Stafford’s “Appellate Practice” Blog Launches

Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is proud to announce the launch of the firm’s newest topical blog, “Appellate Practice.”  This will be the sixth legal blog the firm publishes; other blog topics include: municipal law, employment and labor law, franchise and distribution law, government relations, and estate planning. The Appellate Practice Blog will cast a wide net, covering developments in both state and federal appeals courts, practice notes, and other items of interest. The Appellate Practice Blog will provide a forum for Stafford’s appellate practitioners to highlight their work and share insights about the law.

The Appellate Practice Blog is a collaborative effort on the part of the firm’s newly formed Appeals Practice Group. The Group, co-led by Chair Meg Vergeront and Associate Chair Jeff Mandell, includes lawyers with  extensive knowledge in a variety of substantive areas—including employment law, insurance law, products liability, constitutional law, and family law—and experience in all phases of appellate litigation. While both the Appeals Practice Group and the Appellate Practice Blog are new, Stafford’s work in appellate law has deep roots and demonstrated success. Stafford Rosenbaum is one of only three firms to have won at least two-thirds of its cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court since 2008.

With offices in Madison and Milwaukee, Stafford Rosenbaum LLP offers a full array of legal services to businesses, governments, and individuals. With our 135 year history, effective communication continues to be at the heart of our practice.  Find out more at www.staffordlaw.com and on LinkedIn.
