Stafford Rosenbaum’s Meg Vergeront Elected to State Bar’s Labor and Employment Board

Stafford Rosenbaum partner Meg Vergeront was recently elected Secretary/Treasurer of the State Bar's Labor and Employment Law Section Board. The Labor and Employment Section includes experienced and novice attorneys that regularly (or sometimes) practice in the arena of traditional labor and employment law. It includes all manner of workplace legal issues. The Section offers monthly CLE presentations on current issues in labor and employment law, has a listserv, plans social and networking events, and also organizes various labor and employment law programs with the State Bar of Wisconsin's PINNACLE Department.
Meg's practice focuses primarily on employment and constitutional law. She helps private and public sector employers find common sense solutions to the day-to-day workplace problems they face, from hiring and firing and everything in between. She also defends employers in federal and state forums against a broad range of claims, from harassment and discrimination claims, to wage and hour claims, to claims of union contract violations. Meg practices in the firm's Madison office.
