Stafford Rosenbaum’s Kyle Engelke Elected to the Madison Parks Foundation’s Board of Directors

Kyle Engelke, an attorney with Stafford Rosenbaum, was recently elected to the Madison Parks Foundation’s Board of Directors. The Madison Parks Foundation is dedicated to future generations of citizens through efforts to preserve and expand our gift of parks and open space in Madison. The Madison Parks Foundation is celebrating its 120th anniversary.
Mr. Engelke’s practice focuses on litigation, business, and municipal law. He believes it is his responsibility to match his skills to a client’s needs and that every client deserves an advocate who is both responsive and understanding. His litigation experience varies from working on a team in multiple Superfund cases addressing environmental cleanup to defending clients against slip and fall suits. Recently, Kyle obtained health insurance coverage for a client after successfully appealing the denial of an ERISA plan administrator. His experience also includes working on behalf of business clients in addressing easement and nuisance issues, and on behalf of municipal clients addressing open records compliance and development disputes over vested rights. Mr. Engelke practices in the firm’s Madison office.
