Stafford Rosenbaum Welcomes Attorney Alexander H. Ferrone
Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is proud to announce the addition of a new associate in the firm’s Milwaukee office, Attorney Alexander H. Ferrone! Alex is a Marquette University Law School graduate with a practice focused on business, real estate, and foundations and nonprofits. He regularly advises clients on complex commercial transactions; mergers and acquisitions; entity selection; formation; corporate governance; and real estate development and transactions. Alex also has a special interest in serving foundation and nonprofit clients.
In addition to his practice, Alex regularly authors legal community publications. He was published in and recognized for his contributions to the Marquette Intellectual Property & Innovation Law Review, including service on its Editorial Board, and he has authored several legal blog posts on timely business law topics. Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Alex practiced litigation, business, and real estate law at another Milwaukee law firm, and he interned for Chief Justice Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Hon. Brendan A. O’Brien of Cook County, Illinois, while he was in law school.
