Stafford Rosenbaum partner Bryan Kleinmaier was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Public Utilities Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. His terms will begin on July 1, 2014 and end on June 30, 2017. The Public Utilities Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin is made up of attorneys who work in the field of energy, water, and telecommunications law and regulation. The section presents statewide programs on energy and telecommunications law, monitors developments in the field, and sponsors continuing legal education programs for practitioners.
Bryan’s practice focuses on utility law, municipal law, and labor and employment law. Bryan has handled numerous proceedings before trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Since 2005, Bryan has co-authored the State Bar of Wisconsin's Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law, and he regularlypresents at a number of municipal and labor and employment seminars, including presenting on land use issues, Wisconsin Open Meetings Law, Wisconsin Public Records Law, federal and state disability discrimination laws, and federal and state wage and hour laws.
