We at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP are saddened to announce the death of a former partner, Attorney Richard Hollern.

From 1969 until his retirement, Atty. Hollern enjoyed a breadth of trial work at Stafford Rosenbaum, where he focused on litigation matters.

“Dick was a great trial lawyer and an honest man, characterized by sheer intelligence and clear thinking. He taught by example, and I was lucky to have worked with him,” Attorney Ted Waskowski said of his mentor and fellow partner in the firm.

“During a career of almost 30 years at Stafford Rosenbaum, Dick Hollern helped establish our reputation as an outstanding litigation firm. He was an exceptional advocate for his clients, an astute counselor and a mentor to many. He will be missed,” Managing Partner Jim Egle said.

We honor the memories of Atty. Dick Hollern, and we extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends. Please read his full obituary here.
