Kyle Engelke Elected to Madison Parks Foundation’s Executive Committee
Stafford's Kyle Engelke has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Madison Parks Foundationwhere he will serveas Secretary. The Madison Parks Foundation is dedicated to preserving and expanding the city's parks and open spaces. “It's a particularly exciting time for the Madison Parks Foundation. Not only does the MPF have a vibrant and impactful history, but the MPF continues to be a strong community asset,” says Kyle, “Upcoming events include the “Shake the Lake” fireworks event, the annual “Concert in the Breese,” and the “Legacy Golf” outing.”
Kyle is an attorney in the firm's Madison office where his practice focuses on litigation, business, and municipal law. His litigation experience varies from working on a team in multiple Superfund cases addressing environmental cleanup to defending clients against slip and fall suits. Recently, Kyle obtained health insurance coverage for a client after successfully appealing the denial of an ERISA plan administrator. His experience also includes working on behalf of business clients in addressing easement and nuisance issues, and on behalf of municipal clients addressing open records compliance and development disputes over vested rights.
