Stafford Rosenbaum is pleased to announced that Elisabeth Shea, an attorney in the law firm’s Madison office, has been elected to serve as president-elect of the Dane County Bar Association. Ms. Shea will be the sixth attorney from Stafford Rosenbaum to serve as DCBA President. She will serve as president-elect from June 2012 to May 2013 and will serve as president from June 2013 to May 2014.
Shea focuses her practice on general municipal law and business matters. She has experience in a range of municipal matters and assists businesses and non-profits with drafting contracts and in navigating business formation and conversion issues.
The Dane County Bar Association is one of the two oldest bar associations in Wisconsin, along with the Milwaukee Bar Association. The DCBA has approximately 1,400 attorneys and judges in its membership.
