Attorney Larry Clancy Joins Stafford Rosenbaum LLP’s Milwaukee Office
Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, with offices in Madison and Milwaukee, announced that Larry Clancy, formerly of Cook & Franke S.C., has joined the firm in its Milwaukee office. Clancy practices in the areas of business law, banking and finance, general corporate, real estate and bankruptcy. He received his law degree from University of Wisconsin Law School.
Mr. Clancy has served as counsel to banks and other lending institutions in connection with major loan transactions and workouts and the enforcement of creditor remedies in bankruptcy situations. He also counsels business clients and has broad experience in the field of real estate. During the 1980s, Mr. Clancy served as general counsel to a large New York based real estate investment company and handled numerous transactions on its behalf throughout the United States and Canada involving major office buildings, shopping centers and apartment projects.
