Stafford Rosenbaum LLP recently announced that Christopher B. Hughes has been elected chair of the firm's Board of Directors and Managing Partner of the law firm.

For more than 18 years, Mr. Hughes has represented businesses, municipalities and individuals relating to real estate, business, land use, municipal, and contractual matters. Mr. Hughes graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law in 1993 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1986. He joined Stafford Rosenbaum in Madison in 1997 and became a partner in the firm in 2006.

Mr. Hughes is a frequent presenter on real estate and land use topics and is co-author of the municipal law chapter in the State Bar of Wisconsin's Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law. He has been selected by peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America every year since 2008.
