Attorney Brian E. Butler is Recognized for 50 Yearsin Legal Profession and Announces New Endeavor

Stafford Rosenbaum LLP celebrates Attorney Brian E. Butler for his dedication to the firm and the outstanding service he provided to clients during his 50-year legal career. Brian’s commitment to excellence and passion for the law are unparalleled.

Throughout his legal career, Brian successfully conducted jury trials, court trials, preliminary injunction hearings, arbitrations, and appeals in state and federal courts encompassing a wide variety of legal topics. Brian was well-known for his knowledge and experience handling franchise and dealership cases. He co-authored The Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, a treatise published by the State Bar of Wisconsin. Attorney Jeff Mandell, from Stafford Rosenbaum, has worked closely with Brian and will continue to keep the publication updated.
Brian has withdrawn from actively representing clients and his partnership with Stafford Rosenbaum. He is now based in Arizona and continues to handle arbitrations and mediation requests. Brian commented, “I am honored to have been part of the Stafford Rosenbaum team and look forward to this new chapter in my life. I am confident that my former clients will continue to receive top notch legal representation from Jeff and other attorneys at the firm.”
