Attorney Mederson to present on climate change during State Bar’s Annual Environmental Law Update
Attorney Jessica C. Mederson will present with a panel of other experts during the State Bar of Wisconsin’s 36th Annual Environmental Law Update on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Attorney Jessica Mederson is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office, practicing business law and litigation. She focuses on manufacturing and construction disputes, Uniform Commercial Code litigation, and contract negotiations and disputes. She has extensive experience with the legal issues relating to resiliency in the built environment. She serves on the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute’s Financial & Risk Management Committee, is certified for entry into OSHA permit-required confined spaces, and writes and presents nationally on addressing resiliency in construction projects and business operations.
