Stafford Rosenbaum is excited to announce a new associate in the firm’s Madison, Wisconsin, office: Attorney Marianna Nichols! Marianna is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. She practices with Stafford Rosenbaum’s Business Law Team, and her practice focuses on matters involving corporate law, real estate, and financing transactions, as well as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Marianna practiced similar work as an attorney with a Birmingham, Alabama, law firm, gaining experience there as a law clerk first. While in law school, Marianna honed valuable legal writing and analysis skills as an associate articles editor and staff editor for the Mississippi Law Journal.
