Stafford Rosenbaum Welcomes Attorney Ginger Pinkerton
Stafford Rosenbaum is thrilled to announce a new associate in the firm’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin, office: Attorney Ginger Pinkerton! Ginger is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a practice focused on litigation. Ginger gained invaluable practical experience with the entire process of litigation, from initial pleadings to appeals procedure, during the years she spent as a Federal Judicial Clerk for Judge J.P. Stadtmueller of the Eastern District of Wisconsin prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum.
While in law school, Ginger clerked and completed judicial internships with the Humane Society of the United States, Case Western’s First Amendment Law Clinic, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She earned many honors in law school that highlight her aptitude for legal writing, argument, and publication, having served as an editor on the Case Western Reserve Law Review, for which two of her journal articles were published. She received numerous recognitions for her law school writing and course performance.
