On the Job

Attorney Ginger Pinkerton’s Practice

Attorney Ginger Pinkerton is an associate in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office with a practice focused on litigation. Ginger enhances Stafford Rosenbaum’s distinguished team of litigators by adding to it a sharp mind, an upbeat and witty demeanor, and a dedication to excellence in legal practice.

Ginger has an excellent working knowledge of the entire litigation process. Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, she spent several years as a Federal Judicial Clerk for Judge J.P. Stadtmueller of the Eastern District of Wisconsin. While in law school, she clerked with the Humane Society of the United States, as well as with her school’s First Amendment law clinic. She has additional judicial internship experience with both the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. These opportunities serve her practice well, having helped provide her with valuable insight into courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making.

Ginger earned many honors in law school that equipped her to craft thorough legal documents, thoughtful publications, and compelling arguments as an attorney. She served as a tutor and fellow for multiple law school courses and as an editor on the Case Western Reserve Law Review, for which she authored two published journal articles, one of which received extra accolades with a best essay award. She is also a five-time CALI Excellence award recipient.

Ginger is fluent in English and Spanish.
