Attorney Carly Swinick (Gerads)’s Practice
Attorney Carly Swinick (Gerads) is a partner in Stafford Rosenbaum’s Milwaukee office. Carly is a trial and appellate litigator who regularly practices in state and federal court. She focuses her practice on appellate law, election and voting rights law, and general litigation, with an emphasis on contract and real estate disputes. Carly chairs Stafford Rosenbaum’s Appellate Team, and she is also an active member of its Litigation, Election and Political Law, and Business Law teams.
Carly’s work on Stafford Rosenbaum’s Election and Political Law Team focuses on election and voting rights law. She has argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
Prior to joining Stafford Rosenbaum, Carly was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rebecca Dallet and the Honorable Jill Karofsky of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where she gained invaluable experience and training in courtroom procedure, oral argument, and legal research and writing.
