Attorney Michelle Affatati was an attorney with Stafford Rosenbaum LLP.  Michelle’s practice is primarily focused on business and contract law, estate planning, and residential and commercial real estate. Michelle has represented a broad range of business clients, including small retailers, real estate developers, and professional entities.

Her experience includes:

  • Representing clients in drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts, forming businesses, buy/sell agreements and real estate transactions
  • Preparing estate plans for estates of all sizes

Michelle worked in the Washington D.C. office of United States Senator Herb Kohl, and she served as a judicial clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice William A. Bablitch.
