Cindy Draeger has been a paralegal, specializing in the corporate and real estate areas, since 1987. She has been involved in business, real estate and loan transactions, including the sale and acquisition of businesses and real estate, initial organization of businesses, stock purchases and redemptions, real estate financing, and large institutional investments. Under the supervision of attorneys, she assists with due diligence, loan and closing document preparation, document review and management, review of real estate title, and filing documents with government offices.

Cindy and her husband Jim live in a 1936 International Style house in the Frost Woods neighborhood of Monona. She collects Czechoslovakian art glass and other art-deco era items. Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband, attending the Dane County Farmer’s Market year-round, cooking with the local foods from the farmer’s market and reading.
